I have no idea which one so I am not sure if one of these chests don't count or if its a glitch. Note: For some reason, the counter didn't go up for one of these for me.
The chest will be on the left side of this field. Head east and above you will be an open field. At the second area, cross the logs on the right and head to the east to another part of the forest. From the First chest you see, head back left to the normal path and continue north and enter the second area. Since there is no map for Mistwald Forest, it will be pretty difficult to get. Hide Jumpsuit (16/163) (Missable! Must get before starting the Mayoral Robbery Head up north from the start of the forest and the first detour you see, go straight right and you will see the chest.
